ORLANDO -- West Palm Beach attorney Donna M. Krusbe has been reappointed by The Florida Bar to serve a three-year term on the board of directors of The Florida Bar Foundation, a statewide nonprofit organization that funds Legal Aid, as well as programs to improve Florida’s justice system and encourage law students and young lawyers to pursue public interest careers.
Krusbe first joined the Foundation’s board in 2006.
Krusbe earned her bachelor’s degree from Auburn University and her juris doctor from the University of Miami School of Law.
An attorney with Billing, Cochran, Lyles, Mauro & Ramsey, P.A., Krusbe practices in the area of medical malpractice defense, general insurance defense and appeals.
Before joining the West Palm Beach law firm, Krusbe worked as a clerk for the Fourth District Court of Appeals for 11 years. She also served as coordinator of the 4th DCA law clerk pro bono program.
She has also worked on the Florida Supreme Court Voluntary Pro Bono task force, and has a long history of service with Florida Legal Services, a statewide, nonprofit organization that serves as a support center that guides local legal and legal services to provide legal assistance to those in need in their communities.
In her work with the Foundation, Krusbe has served on the administration of justice committee.
Krusbe, whose term on the board begins July 1, is also a Fellow of The Florida Bar Foundation.
