Attorney Patrick J. Casey appointed to Florida Bar Foundation board

ORLANDO — West Palm Beach attorney Patrick J. Casey has been appointed to a three-year term on the board of The Florida Bar Foundation, a statewide charitable organization that works to expand access to justice on behalf of Florida’s legal profession.

Casey, a partner with the Casey, Ciklin, Lubitz, Martens & O’ Connell, practices in the areas of business litigation, corporate, tax and real estate law. He earned his bachelor’s degree and juris doctor from the University of Notre Dame.

Casey has previously served on the Foundation’s board, from 1998 to 2004.

He also has an extensive work record in Legal Aid, serving as the president, director and trustee of Legal Aid Society of Palm Beach County and is a member of the Palm Beach County Bar Association.

Casey also has a long history of service to the Florida Bar as he has served on various Bar committees and was a member of the Florida Bar Board of Governors.

Casey, whose term on the board begins July 1, is also a Fellow of The Florida Bar Foundation.
