The Florida Bar Foundation board considers grants at its quarterly meetings. Those grants awarded to date for the 2011-12 fiscal year are listed first. The 2010-11 grant awards for those grants programs not yet awarded during the 2011-12 fiscal year are included below as a reference. Because Equal Justice Works fellowships last for two years, EJW Fellows are listed from the time of their selection until their fellowship has been completed.

IOTA Program Information

The Interest on Trust Accounts (IOTA) program was implemented by the Florida Supreme Court in 1981. The nation’s first IOTA program, it serves as a model for similar programs across the country and creates millions of dollars in funding for Legal Aid each year. Learn more.
